Uriah has spent over two decades building enterprise technology businesses across APAC, the Middle East, and globally. He was the founding Managing Director APAC of Thirdera, which became the world's largest pure-play ServiceNow consultancy and was acquired by Cognizant in 2024. Before that, he built the APAC business for Cloud Sherpas, which Accenture acquired in 2015. He started Vanyar because he saw the same gap in the Palantir ecosystem that he filled in ServiceNow: organisations that need a specialist partner who can actually deliver.

Rahul has spent 18 years in enterprise software. He co-founded CloudGo in 2016, scaled it to a ServiceNow Elite Partner across Singapore, Australia, and India from 2 people to nearly 80, and exited to RGP. He was Singapore's first ServiceNow Certified Master Architect, and later led RGP's ServiceNow practice across Asia as Regional Managing Director. Two-time ServiceNow AI award winner, regional and global. He joined Uriah to build Vanyar because Palantir's ontology-first approach solves what SaaS could not: fragmented data, fragmented decisions, fragmented AI.
